Sales Administrator & Receptionist

Our busy sales team is looking for an articulate, energetic, dedicated person to fill the role of receptionist & sales administrator.

The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service, manage sales data in our CRM and provide administration support to the sales team ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials to provide the best service to their clients. Success in this position requires exemplary organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, outstanding attention to detail and a mature and focused attitude.

Responsibilities in this role also include all reception duties including handling incoming calls, walk-in inquiries and meeting & greeting clients.

It is essential that the successful applicant have the following attributes:
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to produce accurate work with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail
