Property Manager

As the newest Property Manager at LJ Hooker Belconnen you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the role within a people driven culture. Our Property Managers are the single most critical element between our Landlords and Tenants and with a dedicated Leasing Team, Accounts, and administration staff already in place you will be able to concentrate on managing your property portfolio and looking after clients.

Some of your responsibilities include: 

About You 

-  Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Licensed Agent
-  Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
-  Tech savvy & up to date with new technology & products
-  Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
-  A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience 
-  Proactive, punctual and reliable
-  Demonstrated success in a similar role managing a portfolio of properties
-  Proven mediation experience in resolving tenancy tribunal matters
-  Work within the company vision of ‘people are at the heart of everything we do’
-  Enjoys being part of a hardworking, fun, high achieving, supportive team
-  Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills

-  Current Certificate of agents Registration &/or License will be advantageous

 Assistant Property Manager

As an Assistant Property Manager at LJ Hooker Belconnen, you will be trained and mentored by a great Property Manager who has a proven track record, excellent communication skills and is recognised by her owners and tenants for her exceptional service and communication, to enable you to successfully support and continue the standout experience we provide to our clients and customers.

If you are passionate about personal growth in Real Estate agency services, have a willingness to learn and would like to develop a career in this field, this employment opportunity provides you with a platform to successfully progress and grow within the company.

Some of your responsibilities include:

-  Provide support to the Property Manager to deliver outstanding experience
-  Maintaining accurate communication records
-  Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and vacating inspections and reports
-  Maintain up to date maintenance records
-  Conduct arrears management processes daily
-  Provide excellent communication to all clients

About You

-  Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle are required
-  Be tech savvy and up to date with new technology & products
-  Strong administration and organisational skills, be systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
-  Excellent personal presentation and grooming
-  You must be willing to learn and be coachable
