Tara has over 5 years experience in the real estate industry and being registered in both NSW and the ACT has given her a broad knowledge of the laws and legislation across both jurisdictions. Her breadth of knowledge extends across many areas including Property Management, Strata Management and Sales giving her an exceptional understanding of the industry. Taras attention to detail and her approachable personality is ideally suited to Property Management, an area in which she excels.

Tara was nominated for the "Achievement Award of 2014" at the REIACT Awards for Excellence in which she was a Finalist. In 2015, Tara was a Finalist in the 2015 Leading Property Managers Australia Awards for Excellence in the "Rising Star" category.

Owning her own home and investment property, she thoroughly understands the importance of prompt and effective communication and the high standard to be expected of a Property Manager. "Communication with landlords and tenants is one of my big strengths".

Tara is a country girl at heart, born in Wagga Wagga, and growing up in a family hotel business has prepared her in dealing with challenging situations, difficult people and managing their expectations.
