I have contacted several property managers who provided me with a more conservative rental appraisal of 350 to 375 per week for my one bedroom unit. You however encouraged me to go for $400 per week! You challenged me to adopt a more optimistic outlook given where the market is at during this time of the year, and highlighted how this will be strategic to attract good high earning tenants.

I took a deep breath and am amazed by how you were able to show my apartment to two high earning potential tenants from day two since the advertisement went live online. I am flabbergasted by your efficiency as you introduced two very good potential high earning tenants to me by day three that week!
