The discussion with the auctioneer via telephone on the day leading up to the auction date was really helpful. With a three way conference call I had the comfort knowing Dennis was present while I was informed of all possible scenarios of what could happen on the night. I felt strangely comforted by Dennis being present at that point, like he was a guardian looking after my best interests!

I am a long term tenant of L J Hooker Belconnen and have rented my apartment at Kaleen for almost five years. I am moving my family to Gungahlin to be closer to the new College, and I just wanted to let you know that your property manager, Jeanette Schofield, has been the best manager I have ever had (I include during my several years as a landlord in Queensland!).
Jeanette has been looking out for a property for us in Gungahlin, but not much comes through the Belconnen office for that area. Nevertheless I have appreciated the back up.
I will be sad to say goodbye to Jeanette who is always cheerful, responsive and prompt in following up any issues. In fact, she is doing it again now with my faulty oven.
The new property is with another agency and I do hope that they will provide the same sort of friendly, personal and efficient service that Jeanette has always given to my family.

Jeanette is always extremely professional in her dealings with me and my tenants. Jeanette has organised tradesmen, gardeners, cleaners and organised quotes and the erection of new fencing for my property.
Nothing is too much trouble for Jeanette, she even offered to move a piece of furniture with her husband, on her own time.
I have been leasing my property for over three years and it has only ever been vacant for one or two weeks between tenants. I live in Batemans Bay and it is certainly comforting to know the property is being managed and maintained professionally. -

James helped organise and lent a hand in initially preparing my home for inspection, providing me with detailed weekly progress reports on each open house inspection and the interest shown in my property. His very friendly and reassuring manner greatly defused what was for me at times, as stressful undertaking.
